Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

The room was quite spacious, though the bed could use an upgrade. Breakfast options could improve, but I appreciated the generous hours. Be sure to arrive before 9 AM for fresh food!

The queen suite is brand-new and has a sofa set and sound-proofed windows.

It was well renovated, large and where the toilet was almost on the ground. The breakfast choices were very very good and delicious with many options to choose from and great coffee, for instance...

It was huge, full-size and with a jacuzzi.

The room was a nice size. It even had a couch in it. Plus the beds were nice and comfy. The best breakfest of any place we have ever stayed and it was opened until 10AM

The bathroom with the toliet and shower was hard to get into and close the door plus the tub was smaller than most.

I liked ideal location, professional staff.

Every detail, including staff and location, was excellent. The room was immaculately clean with nice bed, I felt comfortable there. Loved the nice decor! I had really nice experience and would stay here again.

Everything seem to be unorganized. Staff were playing catch-up and trying not to get beihind

The person who checked us in did not have to tell me that I was lucky that this facility kept my room. Checking in at 8:30 pm after a very rough day of travel I was faced with an unconcerned employee telling me that my room may not be available. This person stated that the credit card used for purchasing the room was outdated. I tried to show this person my copy of the confirmation I printed from the computer transaction three days prior but was only directed to provide another form of credit. My son and I thought we were going to have to sleep in the car that night. We did finally reserve our room that I was so called "lucky" they saved for me by purchasing it again. When my son and I finally entered our lucky room to put the unfortunate day behind us I had to rely on this lovely service from the front desk again by asking for personnel to unclog the toilet. Good thing I tested the waters before use. If only I tested the waters before the lucky reservation. Although we end up staying at this facility called Comfort Suites, the name did not represent itself. I only stayed there at this point because I was between a rock and a hard place.

pool area was dirty, water was cloudy wouldn't let my kids go in.Walls are to thin could hear person in room next to us snoring all night didn't get enough sleep. bathroom was small. will never stay there again.

I was on 1st floor, who ever was in the floor above me sounded like a herd of elephants in the morning... :(

The room and stay was extremely comfortable. And the location was amazing, lots of resteraunt options.

Very clean , well run , friendly staff. Comfy bedding, decorated nicely, quiet , grounds kept very well. Walking distance to restaurant. Good over all.

The pool water was too cloudy .The eggs were fine, could have been less cooked, a bit rubber like. The waffle batter was a bit non natural tasting . Other than that very good buffet.

Family with kids will love this place!

Had this wonderful experience where the kids just loved the pool. The breakfast was better than I expected, waffles and pancakes just hit the spot!

Now, it wasn't exactly inexpensive, but it was a good deal for what we got.

The location and room were great. Access to transit and downtown was wonderful

The room did not have adequate air conditioning for the space if you close the bedroom door it was no cooling for the rest of the room

Great hotel and the price was excellent.Everyone very nice and helpful.
